Terms of Service — MBC Marketplace Accounting Bridge

This application is an internal tool of MBC Communications for marketplace accounting reconciliation. It is not a public service and is intended for authorized internal users only.

Use of Shopee Open Platform

The application integrates with the Shopee Open Platform API to read order and income/escrow data for shops owned and authorized by MBC. It performs read-only consumption for accounting purposes and does not place, modify, or cancel orders, listings, or shop settings.

No warranty

The tool is provided for internal operational use. MBC is responsible for the accuracy of its own accounting decisions; this tool provides supporting evidence and draft documents only.
