Privacy Policy — MBC Marketplace Accounting Bridge

MBC Marketplace Accounting Bridge is an internal accounting control tool used by MBC Communications. It reads our own Shopee shop data (orders and income/escrow) via the Shopee Open Platform API to reconcile marketplace sales against settlement payouts and to prepare draft accounting documents.

Data we access

Order and payment (escrow/income) information for shops we own and have authorized. We do not access buyer personal data beyond what Shopee returns for our own orders. The application is read-only on Shopee: it does not modify listings, prices, stock, orders, or shop settings.

Data handling

Data is stored in our private database for accounting reconciliation. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed to end users. We do not sell or share data with third parties.
